MIAMI BEACH – An exclusive partnership between Miami-based real estate development firms, Constellation Group, The Boschetti Group, and Vietmar, Ella Miami Beach combines the celebrated works of award-winning international architectural firm Arquitectonica and legendary designer Interiors by Steven G. to pay homage to Miami Beach’s glamorous past while ushering in a new era of sophisticated Miami Beach living.
Inspired by the iconic Art Deco period, the development team intended to design the 10-story boutique condominium of just 95 exclusive residences located at 6940 Abbott Avenue that would transport residents back to Miami Beach’s heyday of chic.
“Ella Miami Beach is our proud contribution to preserving and celebrating the rich history of Miami Beach,” said Eduardo Otaola, Managing Principal of Constellation Group. “Long recognized as America’s most fashionable holiday hotspot, the 1930s represented a glamorous time when the country’s elite, Hollywood players, and most famous musicians — including Ella Miami Beach’s namesake, Ella Fitzgerald — descended upon the Floridian paradise that would ultimately become one of North America’s most vibrant and eye-catching architectural treasure troves.”
In a nod to the immensely popular Art Deco and Miami Modern (MiMo) architectural influences of that era, Arquitectonica paired Art Deco streamlined curves with modern 21st-century lines that highlight the building’s sweeping rooftop views that stretch from the bay on one side to the ocean on the other. Other hallmarks of the architectural style, including soft, rounded building edges; nautical elements; architectural façade webbing; and scalloped or fluted patterns, were also incorporated into the design of Ella Miami Beach.
“The design for Ella Miami Beach was inspired by the glamourous, historic architecture of Miami Beach and combines those ideas with a new palette of color, texture, and form,” said Raymond Fort, a Principal at Arquitectonica. “The result is a reimagining of what the modern Miami Beach lifestyle looks like.”
Award-winning interior designer, Steven G. and his firm, Interiors by Steven G., favored a color palette of eye-catching bright colors and geometric shapes and patterns for all the property’s fabrics, wallpaper, and furnishings. Other signature design elements of the genre were incorporated into the building’s interior design, including rich gold and bronze tones, prominent arches and curved edges, as well as fluted paneling.
Steven G. meticulously curated each unit’s interiors – which range from 434 to 1,076 square feet – with precise attention to detail, including the refined fixtures and finishes throughout. For a completely turn-key residential experience, bespoke Interiors by Steven G. packages are available for purchase at attractive pricing, blending modern furnishings with classic MiMo architecture.
“We envisioned residences that coupled Miami Beach vintage glam with the sophisticated, yet playful, modern lifestyle of Miami Beach,” added Steven Gurowitz, Founder and President of the design team at Interiors by Steven G. “Like the building itself, the interior design responds to Ella Miami Beach’s program of luxury living, active lifestyle replete with indulgent amenities, casual beach environment, and relaxing atmosphere.”
Ella Miami Beach will have 95 boutique residences that range from studios to two-bedroom floor plans. Primed for seamless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining, each residence features gracious terraces with select homes offering impressive views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Miami skyline. Punctuating the style and sophistication of the project, each of the residences will be delivered with approximately 9-foot-high ceilings throughout, contemporary ItalKraft kitchens with stone countertops and JennAir appliances, as well as European-inspired designer closets.

Among the many signature elements that enhance the experience of being an owner at Ella Miami Beach is a suite of amenities that include a rooftop pool and fitness center with boundless views of Biscayne Bay and Miami, a paddle/pickleball court overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, residents’ lounge, summer kitchen with an outdoor dining area, and an observation deck and lounge. Its wellness amenities include an outdoor yoga and meditation deck, cold plunge, and sauna. Other conveniences consist of a coworking area, complimentary beach cruisers, bike and beach toy storage, and more.
With its effortless charm and vibrant Art Deco design, Ella Miami Beach oozes 1930s glamour while offering buyers a unique opportunity to be part of its exciting future. Exclusively marketed by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, the property is expected to break ground in the first quarter of 2024 and is slated for completion in 2026.
