J. Milton & Associates has commissioned Interiors by Steven G to design 3 new models at Parque Towers in Sunny Isles Beach. The residential condominium is comprised of two 26-story towers with 320 residences in total. Parque Towers features a high-end design with six-star amenities rivaling South Florida’s most glamorous beachfront properties.

Ugo Colombo of CMC Group has commissioned Interiors by Steven G to design 2 new models at Brickell Flatiron. Two models have already sold within the first week of being completed. A residential skyscraper in the Brickell district of Miami, Fl, Brickell Flatiron has 527-units at 64 stories high. The luxury condominium is named “flatiron” due to the triangular lot it is built on, similar to the Flatiron Building in New York City.

BAL HARBOUR, FLORIDA, MAR 03, 2020:  Mark Zilbert and Brown Harris Stevens announced today the record-breaking $6M sale of one of the lower penthouse (tower suite) residences at the St Regis Bal Harbour, North Tower Residence. 

Residence TS04/LPH4 is a sprawling 3 bedroom, 3½  bathroom residence, with 3,439 SqFt (319.5 m²) of indoor living space.  It sits on the 26th floor of the North tower of the St Regis Residences in Bal Harbour, located at 9705 Collins Avenue.  Its $6M selling price is $1,744.70 per square foot.  This is the highest North tower sale since December 2017 and sets a new two year sales record.  The sale comes at a time where many of Miami’s high-end properties are selling at premium prices.

The apartment was custom designed, built and furnished by Interiors by Steven G, and is one of the largest floor plans at the St Regis Residences.
