Orangetheory Fitness buys Boca HQ for $13.9M

The fitness company will move its corporate headquarters to Boca from Lauderdale

An affiliate of Fort Lauderdale-based Orangetheory Fitness purchased a Boca Raton office building for $13.9 million and plans to convert the building to its corporate headquarters and a new gym.

A company connected to David Long, founder and chief executive officer of Orangetheory, purchased the three-story office building at 6000 Broken Sound Parkway in Boca Raton.
